what is your style?
We love a good mix of natural/candid photos along with posed photos. A good combination of both is how we like to work and feel both are necessary. With two photographers on board, we are able to be in two places at one (ie: getting ready photos) and then at the ceremony we can focus on different perspectives of your day and be doing different things to give you a wider range of images. We love a good laugh and we are renowned for our calm, friendly nature! We ask you to provide a family shot list to us prior to the day so we can ensure all your loved ones are photographed. We leave nothing to chance. We like to feel like your family friend and not just your photographer! We are with you the whole way from the booking, during the wedding and after your wedding.
Where are you based and will you travel?
We are based in Adelaide, South Australia but we also love to travel!
We frequently cover areas all over South Australia.
No travel fee usually applicable in the Adelaide Metro Area.
If you want us to photograph your wedding outside of the Metro area, a travel fee may apply depending on where it takes place to cover travel costs & accommodation if required.
How do we book?
You can either fill in our contact page through our website or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to get the ball rolling. We are also available on facebook and Instagram and are happy to correspond via social media.

Ideally, we would love to meet you first to ensure we are a great fit for each other! Lets chat over a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and begin our beautiful relationship!
We require a 20% non refundable reservation fee & a signed contract to hold your date. All online based so no printing required!
We are unable to hold your date without these two items in place.
Balance is required to be paid 4 weeks out from the big day giving you plenty of time.
We can offer payment plans in need.
We do not offer afterpay services.

What do you need from us before the wedding day?
We will send you an electronic questionnaire in the lead up to the big day to your email address.
This will give you an opportunity to advise us of all the details of your day including photography shot lists & time lines so we know exactly what is happening on your day. The more detail the better!
We usually will send this out upon booking so you can start thinking about the answers.
We require this back at least one month before your wedding day for our review. Dont panic though - we will send a reminder out as your day approaches.
Timeline Question: When is the best time for our portraits?
Photographers love golden hour, the half hour before and after sunset. It would be absolutely amazing for us, and YOU, to have gorgeous photos taken at this time. Trust us, you will not regret taking time out for these photos.
Please consider scheduling some time out from your reception so we can use the gorgeous last hour of daylight to capture the most stunning bridal portraits.
How many pictures will we receive?
We believe in quality over quantity.
Each package has a MINIMUM number of edited images included both in colour and black and white.
We will never give out RAW files or unedited work. Trust us, you do not want to see a bunch of photos with blinks or double chins. Also, this is not a true representation of our final work. As professional photographers, Teahouse Studios will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story in full and nothing will be missed.
When will we get our photos?
Initial sneek peek on social media within 48 hours! (subject to your consent of course!)
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum 8 weeks (usually less depending on the season we photograph your wedding and if products have been ordered). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! We do allow you to print your own photos for personal use following delivery.
If you prefer a USB, we can supply a beautifully crafted wooden USB should you want one for a cost of $50.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY?
Here are Teahouse, we are photographers. However, we have a wonderful network of videographers that we work with on a regular basis should you wish to utilise their services.

Do you work Public Holidays?
Yes, we are happy to work most public holidays/long weekends although as we also like to spend time with our families during these times we can not always guarantee availability. We also charge a 20% holiday fee for long weekends/public holidays. .

Can you be our ongoing family photograper?
We began as family and portrait photographers so are always happy to assist with any of your ongoing family photography requirements at any stage of your families growth.

Do you offer Gift Certificates & Gift Registeries?
Yes, we can supply a gift certificate for any set value that you may require.
We can certainly set up a gift registry for our clients. This may enable our client to upgrade their package or purchase further add ons such as albums, prints or extra photography hours. Guests can also make contributions to this and we will keep a record of contributions made for our client and allow them to utilise these funds for their photography. Ask us how!
Why are you called teahouse?
haha - great question! When we decided to combine our two separate individual wedding photography businesses we knew we had to come up with a new name as Limitless Imagery & Natasha Botheras Photographer was a mouthful and difficult for us to grow our business. After doing some searching, and chatting and trying to come up with something meaningful, Teahouse was born. It is a mash up of our names Tash & Sue!!
